Early this month I attended a home defects talk for customers of Absolute Inspection, Singapore’s only RICS certified defects company. It was a cozy small group setup with a lot of interactions. I picked up many good insights on home defects and quality problems in new projects. This talk is especially useful if your home is a newly-TOP BTO/condo/landed project, a resale property, just renovated home or a rented place.
