The third one for me in barely a year
It’s up and down like a roller-coaster
Sorry I rejected a few good offers
Remember we first met in the same unit
You brought your corporate client here
And the impression you left me there
Elegant, professional and well-mannered
You didn’t disappear after handover
But ensured all follow-ups are proper
You told me comments from the tenant
And arranged big and small repairs
We met again when the tenant left early
Any compensation you carefully covered
A replacement you already found
Moved in on the same day not later
You arrange contractors for all repairs
At reasonable prices I can’t find anywhere
You always send me pictures and receipts
And only ask me to pay back later
Property to me is a part-time hobby
All rental renewals you go negotiate
Deal with tenants or manage handovers
When I should have been there
Without you I can’t be an office worker
Remember I was once a frequent flyer
You spare me time to find good deals
To enjoy quality time with family members
Let me express my deepest gratitude
For what you’ve done for me these years
You handle all my property matters
I love this peace of mind that you render
