– The hard-hit versus the resilient property sectors during a crisis
– Projects advertised on papers 10 years ago – what happen to them now?
– How likely are the #10YearChallenge risks and opportunities come back again?


3rd Topic: How soon will property agents become irrelevant?
– Do we really need property agents in a self-service world?
– What roles property agents are actually playing
– Why licencing can’t change the image of the industry
– Why property agencies don’t get it
– Do they know what we consumers are looking for?
