1) The units

Avoid units facing Woodlands Road (unit 7, 8 & 30) which is a very busy main road

Unit 9, 10, 11, 12 & 13 in Tower A face south but have to bear the noise from Choa Chu Kang Road

Units facing the railway will have west sun

Units facing inside are more quiet, especially unit 31, 32 & 33 in Tower D which face south-east and enjoy pool view

The Tennery is marketed as SOHOs (though SOHO outside CBD and far from prime districts is something new).

All units come with a timber platform that can be used as either your bed or a sitting area above the open kitchen. Notice that the staircases going up to the timber platform are really steep. Honestly, with the vertical space cut into halves in a tiny space of a little bit more than 600 sq ft, I can’t help feeling more congested. Yes, it does remind me of my childhood days sleeping on the “upper deck” of a double-storey bed.
